Contact UsThe Youth Service Bureau/Boys & Girls Club is located in downtown Montpelier at 38 Elm Street, next door to the Royal Thai Restaurant. If you or someone you care about is facing challenges or problems, the Bureau’s counseling and support services are here to help. A staff member is available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 229-9151. All services are provided regardless of your ability to pay. Many services are provided free of charge. The Bureau accepts Medicaid and most major insurances in payment for counseling services, and also uses a sliding-scale fee system. No one is turned away because they cannot pay. We are here to help!
