Programs and Services: Statewide Coalitions

Vermont Coalition of Teen Centers (VCTC)

The VCTC is a collaboration of Vermont teen centers working together to ensure that teens have opportunities, resources, and a place to hang out. Its mission is to promote the viability and stability of Vermont teen centers. The Coalition aims to strengthen the ability of established and emerging teen centers to provide quality programs for the youths of their communities. We believe that we can best accomplish this by working together!

The VCTC was established in 1993 by the directors of several teen centers and has been under the administrative leadership of the Youth Service Bureau/Boys & Girls Club since 1995. The Coalition provides Vermont teen centers with mutual support, training and technical assistance, information and resources, and, when possible, funding.
