Vermont Out-of-School Time (VOOST) Network
The VOOST Network is a group of organizations in Vermont that are working in partnership to build the capacity and sustainability of both emerging and established out-of-school time programs so that all children and youth in Vermont communities will have access to quality out-of-school time learning opportunities.
Network organizational partners operate on statewide, regional, and local levels. Some partners operate out-of-school time programs, and others work to provide planning, advocacy, or support resources for out-of-school time efforts. The VOOST Network includes organizations that serve all school age children, and recognizes the critical need for a great diversity of opportunities to meet the developmental levels, interests, and needs of children, adolescents, and teens.
VOOST has been administered by the Youth Service Bureau/Boys & Girls Club since 2002 and is funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation.
